Ahead of the UN's annual debate of the Protection of Civilians in armed conflict and during this year's 25th anniversary of the UNSC’s adoption of the PoC in armed conflict agenda, 20 organizations - including PAX for peace - have brought our their statement on the state of PoC worldwide.
