Iraq Protection of Civilians Handbook (English translation)

The Iraqi Handbook on the Protection of Civilians During Military, Security, and Law Enforcement Operations – English translation – is meant to be used as a resource during training, exercise, and operational planning in Iraq. Based on the 2020 NATO ACO Handbook, this version was adapted for use in Iraq, by PAX, the Iraqi Al-Amal Association and the Al Tameiuz Center of the National Security Advisory in Iraq.
