Toto Rolande Youl

Rolande is PAX’s Finance Officer in Burkina Faso. Holding an MA degree in accounting, she is an expert in administrative and financial management, accounting, budget control, and auditing. She has managed projects funded by donors such as the EU, GIZ, and Denmark. She further held the position of administrative and accounting manager in a large Burkinabé state company for over 10 years. Rolande has strong skills in public procurement for donor-funded projects, a position she held for at least two years prior to joining PAX.
