Jean de Dieu Bambara

Jean de Dieu is the Senior Project Officer for the human security program in Burkina Faso. He has extensive experience in the field of human rights advocacy and security sector reform. He further has experience working with government institutions, civil society organizations, and UN treaty bodies. Jean de Dieu joined the PoC team in February 2025 with responsibilities for coordinating field activities, preparing research in collaboration with partners, and managing relationships with government and security actors.
