Emmanuel Ira

Emmanuel leads PAX’s South Sudan office, our largest international office outside of the Netherlands. With more than 20 years of organizational management and leadership experience, Emmanuel has succefully provided visionary and strategic leadership to the PAX South Sudan team for the past five years. He oversees the implementation of a divsersity of integrated peacebuilding, Protection of Civilians (PoC), and Women, Peace and Security (WPS) projects, through direct implementation as well as through subgranting civil society organizations and networks in South Sudan.
