Where we work

PAX’s PoC program currently operates in three countries: Burkina Faso, Iraq, and South Sudan, as well as internationally. We have been working in Iraq and South Sudan since the program’s inception in 2016. In 2024, the program’s work was expanded to include activities in Burkina Faso, where PAX – outside of the PoC program – already has a longer presence and track record. The program also uses the insights and knowledge gained through the work in each of these countries to engage multinational institutions like the UN, EU, and NATO.
