HSS 2017: Data summary from Jonglei, South Sudan

The Human Security Survey (HSS) was developed by PAX's Protection of Civilians team and includes a series of complementary activities, including population-based research, community engagement and advocacy.

In order to gain knowledge on these local security dynamics as put forward by local communities, and to be able to use these survey data as a basis for discussion and dialogue among local stakeholders about security priorities, PAX developed the Human Security Survey. This placemat summarizes the main findings from the surveys conducted in 2016 in Jonglei state, South Sudan.
